SECOND MAJOR UPDATE RE: MY BOOK-FURTHER DELAY: The publisher has informed me (and all online sites will be updated soon) that the book is now slated for Mid October 2013 (the lengthy index and several other items weren't completed in time-it takes 3 weeks from the time it goes to the printers).
